We do a substantial amount of estate planning. The nature of the plans we prepare for our clients traverse a broad spectrum. From the simplest of estate plans where estate taxes are not an issue, to tax efficient plans for married couples, to generation-skipping planning, to charitable giving planning, to life insurance trusts, we have assisted our clients in addressing their needs and goals. We also deal with closely-held business issues in the estate planning context. We prepare gift tax returns and associated fiduciary income tax returns.
